2. Course Enrolment & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any course.

• Full payment must be received by the date stated in your confirmation email.

• Course fees are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to refuse enrolment or withdraw a place if payment terms are not met.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

In summary:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds may be available if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the course start date.

• No refunds are issued once a course has started or for digital content once accessed.

• Course transfers may be available at our discretion and subject to availability.

4. Course Changes & Cancellations by Us

 

We aim to deliver all courses as advertised but reserve the right to:

• Change course dates, times, instructors, or venues; or

• Cancel or postpone a course if necessary (e.g. due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances).

 

If we cancel or significantly change a course, you will be offered the option of:

• A full refund, or

• A transfer to another course date.

 

We are not liable for any related expenses (e.g. travel or accommodation) incurred by students.

5. Student Conduct & Responsibilities

 

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Act respectfully toward instructors, peers, and staff.

• Attend all required sessions and complete course assessments.

• Refrain from recording, copying, or distributing course materials without permission.

• Ensure you are medically fit to participate in physical training.

 

We reserve the right to remove any student from a course for inappropriate behaviour or failure to meet required standards — without refund.

• Access to digital or online materials is granted for personal use only.

• All digital materials are non-transferable and non-refundable once accessed.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
