A great Pilates instructor is calm, attentive, and detail-focused. They communicate clearly, adapt to different bodies and abilities, and create a supportive, inclusive environment. Full-time income can range widely—from £25,000 to £40,000+ per year, with higher earning potential if you build a strong client base or run your own studio.
