The information, materials, and training provided by Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training are intended for educational and professional development purposes only.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information, techniques, or qualifications for a particular purpose. Our curriculum has been developed by our affiliate partner PEI which has been endorsed by the NPCP.
Participation in our courses and use of our materials are undertaken at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to participate in physical training and to seek appropriate professional or medical advice if needed.
Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Participation in our training courses (online or in person)
• Use or misuse of course materials or information
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided by Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training or its instructors
All course content, materials, and resources (including videos, manuals, images, and written guides) are the intellectual property of PEI and Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

Refund Policy - the basics
At Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training, we’re committed to providing high-quality education and support to all our students. We understand that circumstances can change, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent refund policy to protect both our learners and our team.
Course Fees & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a training course.
• The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your enrolment confirmation.
Cancellations by the Student
If you wish to cancel your enrolment:
• More than 30 days before the course start date: you may receive a refund minus the deposit.
• Less than 30 days before the course start date: no refund will be issued.
• If you have started the course (in-person or online), no refunds are available for any portion of the training already delivered.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend your booked course, you may request to transfer your place to a future training date (subject to availability) at least 14 days before the start of the original course.
• Transfers requested within 14 days of the course start date may incur an administration fee.

Cancellations by Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a course:
• You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to another available course date.
• Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by students (such as travel or accommodation costs).
Digital & Online Course Materials
Once digital and paper course materials have been accessed, delivered, or downloaded, they are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at the discretion of Kore+ Pilates Teacher Training in exceptional personal or medical circumstances, provided that supporting documentation is supplied.
