We provide a comprehensive 500 hour pilates teacher training programme to meet demands. This 12 month programme is delivered on the weekends and starts in January 2026 and finishes December 2026. Student's can enrol anytime throughout the year. We have three intakes throughout the year; the first is Mat Pilates, and then Reformer Pilates, and finally Advanced Apparatus.

Our aim is to make the onboarding process smooth and supportive, with a reasonable response time.

No problem! We acknowledge that every student is unique. That’s why we offer discounted rates for already qualified teachers. During your first consultation, we will dive into your specific requirements. For example, if you only want to study one or two units from the programme, we can create a package that aligns with that need, ensuring effective results that resonate with your career objectives.

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer three packages designed for different stages in your pilates career. For example, we have a 12 week mat pilates programme which cost £1397. Our next programme is reformer which costs £2499. Followed by our Advanced Apparatus programme which completes the full comprehensive programme and costs £2659.
5. How do you ensure quality in your pilates training course?
Quality is central to our programme. We have partnered with the Pilates Education Institute who has developed the curriculum and is recognised by the National Pilates Curriculum Programme (NPCP). which adheres to strict quality control measures to meet high standards. Our teacher's are very experienced and teach regularly in our studios. Our programme will soon be accredited by additional awarding bodies.
6. What kind of support do you provide after the pilates course is completed?
We aim to build lasting connections with our student teachers. Our support does not stop after our student teachers finish their training with us. We provide all teachers with a training contract to teach at one of our studios. We also provide franchise opportunities for you to set up your own Kore+ Studio.
